Looking at this post and your 1st one..
It sounds like you need to start over with a clean install
You may have a vrus/worm that nailed your machine.
The ntosknrl.exe file and the Logon passwords are two items that a worm/virus will
nail..
If you have a ERD disk and you have a backup of the STATE files you can get back
in about 2 mins. but most people don't have one or did not make one..
I don't like to reinstall BUT you have two many errors to get around...and it sounds
like the virus /worm is on your machine..
I don't think you have a fat virus just a virus on the HD..
But do start from sq.1 just to make sure Fdisk/Format and reinstall, win2k cd will
do it all for you.
