Man what a can of worms..
I would start with a NEW HD or replace the MB..and get some new ram..
You can get a P4 2.4 board for about 80 bucks or less..
or a bare bones system for 125 bucks..and start over from sq.1
NOTE*** you may want to read the reviews on WMP 9 on download.com....
