You could check the add/remove programs and remove anything that you dont reconize.
remove your tool bars, webshots and other silly programs. Get online and check to
for a free spyware and adware removal program.
In most cases the error that you are getting can be found within Microsoft Knowledge
Base to get the issue resolved. If you you are unable to correct the issue, work
backward and try to remember what you had installed, then undo that process and so
forth.
Its a starting place.
