A previously working Win2000 w/SP4 system no longer boots after a Plextor 712A DVD was installed. MB is ASUS PP-DLW, HD uses a MEGARAID SATA 150-4 controller. Both MB and RAID controller BIOS have been upgraded to latest. RAID controller and DVD appear normal in MB BIOS. All components and Win2000 work fine when an IBM HD is substituted for the RAID system. System w/RAID & DVD also works fine when the DVD is disabled in the MB's BIOS. Although Win2000 won't boot with DVD & RAID - even when the RAID PCI slots are varied-, DOS and my Seagate setup disk will boot OK. Is there any Win2000 diagnostic software that can be booted and will tell me what is the problem - like an IRQ conflict - and how to fix??? Any help, much appreciated. Erin
