But it sounds like you have a bad cd disk. They do get damage and if you have one that is MS will not replace it for you..)nicks,etc. BUT If it's not a bootleg cd or a copy of one ,you can call MS and have them replace it for you. They will have you run a test on it and if comes back bad they will give you the info how to get it replaced at that point.
