I have done all the steps you indicate and more but still cannot install the drivers for the monitor. When I use the "Add/Remove Hardware" function and navigate to the folder containing the newly downloaded drivers I get the error ""The specified location does not contain information about your hardware". Not sure what else to do. Any ideas?
