Good software tip, many users of win2k and XP like to tweak the logon screen and 
lock the PC when they walk away from it .
This looks like a true lock system with the key in your pocket.(that's a good way 
to go if you don't lose the key/misplace the pen drive)
Have you used the software and did you try and get around the lock ? with software 
like NTFS4DOS or CIA  that will let you in the side door of windows with a GUI and 
if so can you remove the software to get around the pen drive or pypass it just incase 
you don't have the key anymore.
Does the software play with the SAM files ? that's not bad in win2k BUT in XP it 
could be Hell .
Just the way XP writes the SAM files and reads them.
