When this error comes up it's due to a program you installed that replace the win2k
spooler.
Open Explore to c:\winnt\system32 and go down the list till you find the spooler
files,check the dates on the files,this will give you hint on what file to rename.
(most of win2k files will be dated 1999 any thing other should rename) spooler.ex_
,spooler.bak,etc.
You can also use the command sfc /purgecache this will also check the OS files.
