I have Office XP So I installed the Microsof photo editor to see if I could help
you. Then I went and checked the file types of gif they were already registered to
the Microsoft Photo editor. All I can suggest is to uninstall the program then restart
the computer then reinstall the program, It should work. I hope that helps.
