IE only works the second time it is opened Wednesday, May 23, 2007 at 5:30 am Windows 2000 Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by matt (1 messages posted) In the last few weeks I have been experiencing the following problem: when I open a new browser window, it will not connect to the internet; however, if I just open a new window using the executable it will connect. The problem also occurs if the window is left inactive for a period of time, it will stop connecting. any thoughts?
