Give a man a fish and he will eat for a day.
Teach a man to fish and he will eat for the rest of his life.
-- Chinese proverb --

ANy files on the HD taged as read only are system files the norm or files that should not be played with. It's safeguard to keep you from you cashing the machine. ANY file can be changed or to say have the Read ONly tag removed BUT you can't do it in windows OS or to say when windows is running or using them... BUT take care they should NOT be played with. You will need to use a 3rd party software to let you in the back door of windows like, ERD Commander and many others will let you in the side door or back door.
