I have a laptop (OS Windows 2000) which I thought only had 12mb on the hard drive. Well I have just found a partition which has an extra 6mb of space on it. The c:\ (12mb) is nearly full (11mb used) so the performance is not good.

If I use a partition program (e.g. Partiton Logic) - can I use these kind of programs without having to format the c:\ ?

Is the a good free Partition program that I can use? - I don't know what program is best but I don't want to pay to buy stuff like Partition Magic.
