Are there any clues in event log - run eventvwr.msc?
How long have you noticed this problem/when did it start/had you added/removed any
hardware software prior to it starting?
Have you up to date antivirus and antispyware apps? I'd run a full scan with good
antivirus (eg, AVG, free for personal use) and at least 2, preferably more good anti-spywares
- eg, spybot, adaware and AVG - all have free versions too).
