The easy way,,, go to bootdisk.com and download a win98se OEM boot disk, use it to
make a boot disk.
boot disk below ▼
http://files.frashii.com/~bootdisk/newjersey/boot98se.exe
Once you have the boot disk made reboot with it.
Use the fdisk.com to remove ALL the partitions, once you have that done format the
drive with the /s switch
format c: /s
once it's done with the format copy all the files from the win98 cd from the win98
folder on the cd to a new folder on the HD called win98, once you have that done
remove the boot disk and reboot, once you see the c:/>
cd to win98 and type setup, windows will now install windows 98 on the the laptop...
