They should have all the XP drivers you might need to install XP. I strongly recommend you get at least your ethernet driver before you upgrade, this will allow you to get the other drivers after you upgrade from the internet. You can also use a tool I have used successfully in the past: http://www.drivershq.com/. This works only if you have a internet connection. Any drivers you get save to a CD so you can install them after you install XP or if you ever need to reinstall XP.
