Not sure what program you are using to make the disk but Nero works well..also ISO
Magic program works well.
BUT
you need to make the CD disk a boot disk,, when you do with Nero,it will ask you
for a floppy boot disk that it will use to copy files from ,to the CD so it can boot
at reboot..with the ISO files on the CD disk.
If you don't have a windows 98se ,3.5 floppy boot disk you can get one for free from
bootdisk.com
Just run the file once you have it downloaded it will make a boot disk for you..
