I received your hotplug.dll and replaced mine, but, again, no change. You did not include hdwwiz.cpl, so I could not replace that file. Yes, I have both, and they do not seem corrupted, but I don't know for sure. There must be something else that interacts with them in the Control Panel, but I do not know what it is. Any other thoughts?
