Hi Keith:

SNDVOL32.EXE is on your Win2K installation CD in
the I386 folder.  It's compressed as
SNDVOL32.EX_

You can use
http://www.7-zip.org/
to decompress this type of file.

Put the decompressed EXE file in your
C:\WINNT\SYSTEM32
folder.
