Hello,

I'm having a problem with using flash drives and not sure what the problem is. When
inserting the flash drive into the USB port, Windows finds the new hardware but then
it gives the following error:

"An error occurred during the installation of the device. The specified service does
not exist as an installed service."

Any ideas on how to fix this problem?

Thanks,
Ho'okani
