@DEX: Thanks for the reply. The folder is called: "castlevania - circle of the moon 
" and I want to remove it because it is not needed anymore.

I have confirmed that it is not a system folder and win2k is not using it.

I have also tried deleting in safe mode but I receive the same error.

Anyone know how I can delete this folder?
