HI Steve

It's No big deal it will be back in the pot so to speak , it's better than giving 
it ALL to Wall Street..they will get most of it in the long run,, it's like giving 
every person a loan they don't need to pay back, but we will all pay for it in the 
long run...
Just a way to get a jump start, I for one would like to see a homeless person get 
a big check..they can blow if they want just as long as the cash the check and spend 
it.. :) I'm sure many will put it the bank that's fine the banks need it to get things 
moving again.. :)
