When you want to run a DOS program or do do work from the prompt should you Run CMD or COMMAND? I just noticed that when I use CMD and then start the EDIT program, the mouse does not work right. But when I use COMMAND the mouse works. In all the years I have used Windows 2000 I never knew that. Is that always true? Why? Is it documented?
