Application disappears from desktop

Some quirk has caused Outlook to move off the desktop when minimized. It is still
active but I cannot get it back on the screen. I have tried the "move" selection
in the properties list, but cannot grab the window handle. I therefore have to maximize
it to use it. I seem to remember that there was a command to drop a window at a
selected place in the desktop area, but have forgotten how to do it. Can anyone
help?
