I, UNFORtunatly, am also in the dial up dungeon with my win2k machine and left for
skewl the other day and forgot to log off left the dial up on for 12 hours! i wish
the pc would have logged me off after 30min. so it must be a setting youve misconfigured
by accident. or not.
