Lost a Folder

I had saved a folder in my C drive which i was using for quite sometime. But suddenly
i cannot find it. I've searched the whole drive but my folder is missing. I have
absolutely not deleted it and it is neither in my Recycle Bin. PLEASE HELP !!!!!!

If you recall the name or part of the name use the search tool to find it.
Start/Search type in the name or just the 1st 2 letters of the folder or use the
Date mode if you recall the last date you use it.

Thanks a lot for your suggestion but I've already done the above resulting "no files
found".

Do this
MyComputer>Tools>Folder Opt.>View Folder>
Go down the list to the item called SHOW hidden files and folders Check It ,then
UNCHECK the next two items also.
Now take a look for your lost folder.
