MS Update does not "see" IE6 sp1...!(?)

Im trying to figure how I get this message ,and even some sites come back to me
as running "Netscape4"!(Only other installed browser is FFox) I re-installed IE6sp1
from a disc, and still I get this message when I manually do to Updates;

tab.
Click the option that you want. Make sure Automatic Updates is not turned off.
