Can't delete 4Gb file

I did some video processing this afternoon and ended up with a whopping big file
that I can't delete.
I can't get into safe mode either - the computer just freezes up when ever I try.
Anybody know what else I could try?

Try a program called, "Move on boot".

Thanks for the reply. Problem is solved - should have thought of it first - I was
able to delete the folder the file was in after having moved out all else that was
valuable.
