Adding sento from scratch

Perhaps this can be approaced from a different stand point.
Assume:
1. You have NO sento mail recipient icon at all.
2. You install a new mail client, perhaps Pegasus or Eurora etc. Any new client.
How would one go about adding a new "sent to email" icon to the right click menu
that opens a new message in the client with the file attached?
( Basically forgetting that Tbird is what messed it up, taking the solution to a
generic level as opposed to trying to fix a problem caused by Tbird )
