want to change ip of server

We have two windows 2003 domian system.com marketing.com with 10.10.0.100 and 10.13.0.100
ipadress with two separate network. we want to take merge the network . Our plan
to make marketing ip 10.10.100.100 instead of existing 10.13.0.100. So we will have
both the server in one network. After changing this I can able to ping my server
from network but not able to logon to the server from any node with same domain name
i.e. marketing.com .
Please advise
