I know I have some kind of infection and I need to use SFC
Both RPC and RPC Locator are started in services.msc
when trying to run sfc /purgecache and sfc /scannow and sfc /scanonce
I get
"The specific error code is 0x000006ba [The RPC server is unavailable.]."
One of the infections I know that is on here is CIADoor 13 I
