At specific times my Server 2003' CPU spikes up to 90%

I have noticed recently that the CPU of one of my Win2003 servers surges to approx
85% and stays there for about an hour. When I look into Task Mgr the System Process
is running between 35-50 % and LSASS Process at 11 %. But I can't tell what specific
apps or services are causing the surge. This occurs in the morning and around 2:00pm.
Can anyone help me.
