the basics on my problem is that I was called into a new customers site. They had just impemented a SBS 2003 network, and everything seems to be working on the file sharing/access side of things. The problem comes in with CAD/AutoDesk. As long as a user is listed as an administrator everything within CAD works perfectly fine. If we lower the users access rights to standard user, CAD then ceases to run. According to one of the regular CAD users in the office CAD must access/edit the registry in order to function. I have not been able to verify this. I am wonderig if anyone has experience with this situation and can tell me what the actual cause of this sitch. is, and how it may be resolved. I am assumeing that it is an access privelege set within the user teplates, but I am not sure what that setting is...
