new and need help bad

My boss has over a thousand domains parked at godaddy, he has a 2003 windows server
with rackspace. He want me to put these domains on the server and ftp a least 200
website. He said he wanted me to learn how to do this. Can someone help give me
detailed directions step by step. I have read a couple of books but i'm so afraid
of messing up.
Where do i begin?
