So, let me verify, you have a T1 line, it is split off into multiple connections that connect to the server and other workstations.. Like so: (T1) --(router/switch)-- |--Server |--Workstation 1 |--Workstation 2 |--...and so on If it is setup like this then ftp://publicip should work... The PC will attempt to connect to the public ip address and be routed back to the server.. I'm at a loss as to why this wouldn't be working if it is working over the internet.. Is your setup different then what I listed above? Does the server sit on a public IP (T1s usually give 4 or 5 IP addresses to use)? This is most likely an issue that is quite obvious if I knew exactly how things were wired there.
