Hello all,

I'm trying to connect to my W3K box from a WINXP machine. The connection is to my
external IP address which is set to port 5059 on 192.168.1.60. This connection just
times out.

I have no problem connection to a WinXP box at 192.168.1.44 on port 44.

The W3K box has the firewall turned off so I believe this wouldn't get in the way.

I'm using an external firewall which seems to be working without any problems except
for this issue.

Does anyone know of any other settings in the W3K box which have to be set?

This is driving me crazy, can't figure you why I can do a remote desk top connect
from my office WinXP box to my home WinXP box but not to he W3K box.

BTW, Remote Desktop is set in the system tab on the W3K box.

Any help and suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

Regards
