Are you saying that you have attempted to reformat the hard drive and reinstall SBS2003 
again, and you are hanging during the installation this time around?

You said you checked the RAM.  However, I think you are on the right track.  Hang 
ups during setup are usually a result of hardware, especially if it worked the first 
time around.  Definitely run some diagnostics on the hard drive (Surface scan, chkdsk 
/r) and RAM (Microsoft windows memory diagnostics).  Remove all non-essential add-on 
cards and periphereals also until you get it installed.
