Yeah.. This sounds like a possible tweak setting also.. But, I'm not sure.. YOu might
look into TweakUI and see if it has any options that pertain to your problem.
I'm pretty sure that task switcher stays up as long as you hold the alt key, but
there may be a registry setting also that makes it only stay up for so long.. But,
it doesn't make much sense to me to do that, so I'm not sure.
