Go to control panel -> add/remove programs. Select Add/Remove Windows Components
from the left hand side. Uninstall Internet Explorer Enhanced Security Configuration.
You will no longer have to worry about the trusted sites zone. Matter of fact, it
is less annoying to remove those websites from that zone so that you don't get a
warning everytime you go to those sites. Internet Explorer will function as you
would normally expect it to now. However, if you have to add a site to the trusted
zone, you need to uncheck the "require server verification (https) for all sites
in this zone." option at the bottom of the trusted sites list to add HTTP sites.
The enhanced security configuration is intended to prevent you from accidentally
downloading malware to your server on the web. If you know what you are doing it
only serves to extremely frustrate, annoy, and complicate the simplest little task.
Kind of like Windows Vista.
Hope this helps.
