Setting up Wireless Access to my Server?

I have a Dell server running Windows Server 2003 for Small Business Server. After it was up and running for a while I bought an external Linksys Wireless-G adapter and after installing and configuring it, my server can access the internet, e.g. I can launch a browser and reach the web. Unfortunately, none of my other home PCs and laptop can access my server via wireless.

What's the quickest and easiest way to provide access to files and printers on the server, and to applications (Lotus Notes) running on the server via wireless to other valid users of my home wireless network? Thanks very much!
