Ok.. Lets clear up one thing so I'm not confused. You are saying 10baseT cable. This is an older technology only capable of 10Mbps and has been replaced for years by 100Mbps or 1000Mbps connections. Is this just a term you are using to tell me you were using an ethernet cable to hook the laptop up? I'm asking because you are having network trouble so I have to have the details. Also, in your post it could be misinterpreted and could sound like you are plugging your laptop directly into the server with an ethernet cable? I need to verify that what you really mean is that you have a verizon wireless router, and the server is plugged into that router, and the laptop is plugged into that router?
