terminal server local drives redirection error Monday, March 2, 2009 at 8:36 am Windows Server 2003 Annoyances Discussion Forum Posted by camelot75 (1 messages posted) Hi, I`ve configured a w2003 R2 as a terminal Server, users are connecting to it using Windows XP. To transfer data among them I`ve checked “local drives” in the local resources tab. It´s working OK almost all the time and users can access to their local drives as a network drive, but there are some users whose icon dissapears and instead this icon appears like an archive that Windows don´t recognize and the user can´t access to their local drive. Some time after this happend the network drive connects correctly and the user can access normaly to his unit. I´ve checked the sistem looking for any virus or malware but it´s clean, and I haven´t found any error in the event viewer. Could you help me in this issue.
