I'm sorry, I didn't read your question clearly enough.
You do not need static IP addresses when only a computer is at a site. The server
needs to have a static IP address.
Then, you should utilize VPN services to connect the remote PCs to the server. The
remote PCs do not need to have anything more than a highspeed internet connection
with dynamic addressing.
