W32time errors

We have about 200 Windows servers and one server in particular is having trouble
keeping its time. A couple times a month the time will suddenly change to be about
20 minutes off the correct time. If we leave it the time will adjust back to the
correct time after a day or so.
I checked the event logs and the server is polling the PDC. Here is an example of
the logs:
5/22/2009 5:55:37 PM W32Time Warning None 50 N/A XXXXXAPP40 The time service detected
a time difference of greater than 5000 milliseconds for 900 seconds. The time difference
might be caused by synchronization with low-accuracy time sources or by suboptimal
network conditions. The time service is no longer synchronized and cannot provide
the time to other clients or update the system clock. When a valid time stamp is
received from a time service provider, the time service will correct itself.
5/22/2009 8:10:46 PM W32Time Information None 37 N/A XXXXXAPP40 The time provider
NtpClient is currently receiving valid time data from XXXXXDC09.ZZZ.local (ntp.d|AAA.BBB.CCC.134:123->AAA.BBB.CCC.198:123).
5/22/2009 8:37:15 PM W32Time Information None 35 N/A XXXXXAPP40 The time service
is now synchronizing the system time with the time source XXXXXDC09.ZZZ.local (ntp.d|AAA.BBB.CCC.134:123->AAA.BBB.CCC.198:123).
I ran these commands the time is ok for a couple weeks or so, and then it starts
messing up again.
net time /setsntp:AAA.BBB.CCC.198
net stop w32time
w32tm /unregister
w32tm /register
net start w32time
w32tm /resync
