We have 3 tier application developed in VB6.0 and COM +1.0 and Oralce 9i. We have Windows 2000 server to hold the COM+ components and separate AIX server for DB. This setup is working fine. Now we would like to migrate our application to Windows 2003 server. So the middle MTS server is installed with Windows 2003 Enterprise server, SP2 that is COM+1.5. We made sure that we have done all the COM+ security configuration. When we run our application, we are seeing the following message - The XA Transaction Manager called the "GetXASwitch" function in the XA Resource Manager Dll. The Call to the GetXASwitch function is failed. File- d:\nt\com\complus\dtc\dtc\xatm\src\xarmconn.cpp Line 2503. Any help would be really appreciable.
