Web surfing tracking on small network

Does Windows 2003 Server provide a means to track or log web surfing activity for all the computers on the network? I know you can buy outside software to perform these sorts of tasks but my question is does windows 2003 server also do this without the use of the third party software or any special programming. We have a small office network (6 computers), one server box and one Business DSL internet connection shared by all the computers. Any input is appreciated.

Hi, it can be done through tracking the info in the DNS cache and through setting up rules to flag certain sites using ISA but by far the simplest way is third party software.
