How to open All Programs on start menu as a menu

Hi, I love Windows 7 but how do I get the 'all programs' under start menu to act like the old versions of Windows. I want to see a new overflowing window like that in Xp (instead of it opening in the same cramped area like that in Vista) for the programs under all programs. Thank in advance. Tina Nia
