HELP - Windows Startup Password

My son has decided to put a password on our old Win95 computer. It asks for this
info before it can even start to load Win95. He forgot the password and I have tried
everything I know - F2(setup), reinstalling the programs and even tried for 1/2 hour
coming up with different combos. I can't even get on it to get to safe mode to change
the password properties. What can I do now? HELP!!!
