It's most likely a password in the Motherboard's BIOS that is the problem, rather
than a Window's password IF it's not loading Windows (probably just a black screen
with "Password:" written on it?) If so, taking the cover off the computer and popping
the CMOS battery out of it's clip on the motherboard (while the computer is OFF,
of course) for a bit will erase the password from the motherboards memory. Unfortunately
it will zap all of the other configuration settings as well, so find out if Junior
is more adept at configuring the BIOS than keeping track of passwords before you
attempt.
Some motherboards allow the BIOS to be reset by holding down the "DEL" key at power-up
for a time, but same net effect.
