It has been many a year since I had 95. Fixed a computer for a friend with 95, only one problem remaining, if I do a restart all is fine, but if I shutdown, start, shutdown, computer hangs somewhere althought the tower shuts off the monitor light stays green, it does not go yellow, if I shut the monitor off and reboot the computer hangs, after a couple tries messing with monitor and start button on computer it comes up, I am sure I use to know the answer to this but thought someone might know, old computer, windows 95, 64 ram.
