Hi Charles:

The original copy of the ADVAPI32.DLL (and note
correct file name) lives in the WIN95_11.CAB file
in the WIN95 folder on your Windows 95
installation CD.

When it's installed properly, ADVAPI32.DLL lives
in your
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM
folder.

I see the file also listed as available for
download from:
http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?advapi32
but I don't know if all versions of the required
file with this name were exactly the same in all
version of Windows.

Does your computer boot to the desktop after you
see the error message?
